Black and white and blurring an image

 Today we took several images and used a tool to make them black and white. We also blurred the surrounding outer parts of the image. This effect makes some images feel old, melancholic and dated- which refers to our memory of seeing anything that is black and white as old  I find this application handy for adding atmosphere and dating specific images I may want to edit
