Rainbow effect Eyes.

 Today, I used the rainbow effect where you download an image of an eye, open in Photoshop and create a new layer. Then, you use the brush tool to add different colours to the eye. Then you blur the eye.

I found a bit of practice is due but I understood the basics. 

I imagine this tool is handy for the modelling industry and creating images which see models with wide awake and glowing eyes. It is also handy for erasing the imperfections in eyes.
