Editing my images-sharpening

 I was involved in a shoot recently where I took photos of a friend in a park. The background was bright with graffiti that clearly distracted the cameras sensor and attention to the subject's face was partially lost. We tried to sharpen the subjects face up, but I was not happy with the final outcome. I therefore used another image.

This image is slightly to the side so the camera's sensor was not overwhelmed by the colour of the background. I did however change the tone slightly of the image to sharpen the models face up more. 

This seemed to work, and it will be my used image for my assignment.
