Masking and Montarge

 Today, we created a Montage using images of common UK birds to make a bookmark

I had no issues putting my images on the Photoshop template. However, issues arose at home when I did not have time in class to finish my task. I put a line down the template using the allene tool. Sadly, I could not change the colour of the section I wanted to be green, unless all of the bookmark changed colour. I will get back to this task after consulting the tutor. 

I can see the positive uses for this application. For making bookmarks, postcards and posters, this is ideal. For placing a large number of images on one application like a bookmark, all the available space is used. For advertising a product, it is ideal as numerous images can be put onto a small amount of space like a small card or bookmark.
